We specialize in adventure travel experiences, including running, hiking, and expedition-style tours.
Our excursions are designed to take you to stunning and often remote locations, which means you may encounter outdoor hazards and be far from civilization and medical facilities.
Adventure travel inherently involves some risk, which we cannot completely eliminate.
Our professional guides are not responsible for risks beyond our control, though we are accountable for our duty of care and any proven negligence.
Our tours may involve physical challenges and take place in varying weather and environmental conditions.
To participate comfortably and safely, you must be in good health and possess the required fitness level. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the physical requirements of the tour you are booking.
By confirming your participation in this trip, you agree to the following:

You (the guest booking with Wild Explorers by Cayambe LLC) acknowledge that you have read and agree to the full Terms & Conditions and accept the statements above.

You understand and accept the limitations of liability for Wild Explorers, its affiliates, contractors, and service providers, as well as your own responsibilities as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

You agree that the professional guides have full authority to address any issues, problems, or challenges for the benefit of the entire group.

You accept that the guides may require a participant to leave the group if their health is at risk, their fitness level is inadequate, they have committed an illegal act, or their behavior negatively impacts the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of others. Any additional costs incurred from such removal are the sole responsibility of the individual, and no refunds will be provided.

You are responsible for your own safety and well-being. While our professional guides will assist you in the natural environment, they assume no legal liability beyond their duty of care and reasonable actions within their scope of responsibilities.

You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

You confirm that Wild Explorers strongly recommends adequate travel insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, mountain rescue insurance, and personal liability coverage. It is your sole responsibility to obtain and verify your insurance.

You confirm that you have disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that could impact your ability to participate in this trip. You understand that failure to disclose such conditions may void your rights to claim assistance or compensation.

You understand the physical demands of the tour and confirm that you are physically fit and capable of full participation.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, mentally competent, and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Lastly, you agree to sign a paper copy of this agreement at the beginning of the expedition and acknowledge that this digital document is valid and enforceable with or without a signed paper version.
